Clear terms for every store.

This is a product workflow draft, not final legal advice. Reviewed KANSO terms, refund policy, acceptable use terms, and theme license agreement must replace it before accepting production payments.

License scope

One active license permits use of published KANSO themes on one connected Shopify store. Connections can be replaced. Redistribution, resale, and publishing theme source as a competing product are not permitted.

Access models

Monthly access continues during Stripe retry handling and ends only after confirmed cancellation or conclusive nonpayment. Lifetime access ends after an approved refund, a resolved lost dispute, or an audited administrative revocation.

Storefront safety

License validation is designed to fail open. KANSO infrastructure availability is not required for a storefront to render.
