Privacy at KANSO.

This policy explains how KANSO handles waitlist, account, billing, license, connection, download, security, and audit data. Reviewed legal language will replace this product workflow draft before production launch.

Waitlist data

When you join the waitlist, KANSO stores your name, email address, signup source, and signup time. We use this information to notify you about the KANSO launch. Joining the waitlist does not create a customer account.

Your controls

Waitlist members can request removal by contacting KANSO. Customers can export their data and request account deletion from the dashboard. Billing records, security logs, and audit records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, tax, dispute, or legal obligations.

Consent

Launch notifications, transactional product email, and optional marketing consent are recorded separately. A license purchase never implies marketing consent.

Service providers

KANSO uses Supabase, Stripe, private object storage, Vercel, Upstash, Resend, and Sentry to operate the service. Complete verification keys are excluded from observability and analytics.
